Echo Hill Presbyterian Church has an immediate full-time opening for a Director of Discipleship Ministry. Echo Hill Presbyterian Church is seeking an individual gifted to equip, affirm and confirm the spiritual gifts of members, be committed to develop and grow team concept ministry so that leaders and participants of all ages are inspired and encouraged to grow as disciples. This position promotes the scriptural understanding that we are all gifted, we are all called, and we are all ministers of God.

Candidate must be familiar with resources on equipping, lay ministry, children/youth/family ministry models, visioning and leadership. Have basic skills in office skills in order to serve administrative tasks as necessary to promote, facilitate and communicate ministry needs. This position will work with the pastor as Head of Staff, Church Elders, Ministry Teams, staff and congregation.

We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, major holidays paid, and allowances for health insurance, study leave and professional expenses.
