Building Use Permit and Fee Schedule

Echo Hill invites people and groups to use our facilities for a variety of events.  The charges listed here are to cover the cost incurred for janitorial clean-up, utilities, building care and maintenance.  We reserve the right to evaluate each activity and make monetary changes as requirements vary.  The following statements are applicable to all building use.

• All activities must be coordinated through the church office.
• If Sanctuary is being use without A/V requirements General Building Use rates apply.
• Additional A/V people may be added for presentations or recording at $75.00 per session.
• Proper adult supervision is required for all children’s activities and nursery usage.
• Fees are based on sessions of approximate 4 hours or less, (morning, afternoon, evening).
• Should additional time be required the rates will be increased accordingly.
• Lease payments are to be made in full at least seven days prior to the event.  Fees under $100.00 require
  payment with this application.
• By signing this application the Lessee hereby agrees to the terms and conditions of the Echo Hill Building Use Policy.
